All leases state that pest control is the responsibility of the resident, so rather then having to pay hundreds of dollars for treatment, or just as much to "treat it on your own", we have partnered with Pest Share to provide pest control for the following pests: ants, roaches, bed bugs, fleas, ticks, weevils, mites, and mice.

Rental Requirements: You must have a good previous landlord reference, no evictions within the last 5 years, you can not currently owe a previous landlord money nor can you have utility bills in collections. The rent must be at least one third of your total household monthly income and we require a minimum credit score of 650. All occupants over the age of 18 who are out of high school, must fill out an application. Poorly qualified applicants may be required to pay a last months rent prior to moving in.
